Janitor Clean assigned building areas as directed. Perform routine inspection and support maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and unique ventures. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or requirements for repairs. Make minor repairs and modifications if possible. Stock and manage supply rooms. Follow all health and safety directions and regulations. Empty trash and garbage regularly. Recycle daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up. Make sure that rooms are maintained, prepared and equipped completely. Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the HVAC system, lighting and indoor climate control as required.
