Training Administrator Identify the training needs of our organization and chalk out a plan to carry them out. Design and develop training courses and the documentation, presentations and videos related to the training. Submit the reports of all training activities and the results that are achieved Ensure invoices are being paid and all accounts receivable are well managed Suggest new training programs or improvements when required Ensure classrooms are booked and set properly for the training sessions Take part in developing and implementing training programs Assist vendors and participants to stay in contact Maintain training records such as training lists, schedules, and attendance sheets
